Hello and welcome! Congratulations, you’ve made the first step. Let me help you follow through. In working with me, you will be provided with an authentic, safe, and comfortable environment where you can be yourself while we explore what led you here. My experience spans children, teens, adolescents, and adults from different socio-economic, cultural, educational, and other diverse backgrounds. My expertise is collective and includes trauma, women’s health, anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, suicidal ideation, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), self-harm, trauma, social skills, self-esteem, bullying, school refusal, parent-child conflict, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), substance use and those who are in crisis.

I practice a person-centered approach (no copy/paste or one size fits all) and use the therapeutic modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Exposure Therapy, Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR), Mindfulness and Grounding techniques.

I have over 12 years of experience and additional training in the Nurtured Heart Approach, Trauma Informed Care, and Crisis Management. In working together, we will approach therapy as you being the tool and the agent of change. If you are committed to the work, positive changes will follow. During our initial session, we will work towards building our therapeutic alliance to allow you to feel comfortable talking about your life experiences and collaborate to create a treatment plan that helps you meet your individual goals. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy and determine the treatment course that will help you make the most progress. Because I believe there is no one-size-fits-all, we may use multiple treatment modalities to meet your goals while working together.
